Our mission is to equip and develop youth to become disciplined leaders with the integrity, respect, esteem, and character as they become the men of their community. We are working to develop the type of men needed to forge communities defined by Christian values, and leading the way toward a future of hope and abundance.

Forging in is done through a variety of techniques starting with teaching the basic life skills men are typically expected to possess, while providing lessons of character, proper and healthy management of conflict, strength of personal identity, and teaching boys to make friends and build networks within their communities.
